The first big announcement we're excited to make involves the creation of an Endowment Fund.
In September, $1,000.00 was invested into this newly formed fund.
From 01 October 2022 into perpetuity, 50% of EVERY subsequent burial, inurnment, and future property purchase will be invested. As the fund continues to grow over time, it will ensure that the Cemetery will NEVER again fall into financial hardship nor bankruptcy.
We, as community members, are dedicated in protecting the progress that has been made thus far, and we hope that this major step will instill even more confidence in this restoration effort.
