1. Old Business

   1. Financial Report

      1. Cemetery sales

         1. 3 plots were sold in November

      2. Total of $2,057.00 was placed into perpetual care fund

   2. Tax exemption status

      1. Currently at standstill; records need to be resent

   3. Soldier Circle update

      1. We will be planning a rededication service prior to Memorial Day of 2023

   4. Grant updates

      1. Deadline was missed, will try again towards Spring time

1. New Business

   1. Chapel fundraising

      1. Letter is being finalized by Kyra Mangold-Ostovich and will be circulated on social media, to local funeral homes, and businesses to start

   2. House restoration work schedule

      1. Basement

         1. Remainder of wooden framing has been removed, and painting has been progressed by student workers

         2. Floor will be thoroughly cleaned and sealed/waxed

         3. Concrete floor pad has been poured for the refrigerator

      2. Sales Office

         1. Students have gutted office and removed all appliances and furniture

   3. University of Pittsburgh Graduate Partnership Program

      1. The students have interviewed a number of board members and volunteers, and are working on creating options to present to the Board for the January meeting
